Returns & Refunds policy

At KeratinXperts, we take pride in offering high-quality hair care services and luxury products. Due to the nature of our services and the industry standards for hygiene and product integrity, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason.
Services:
Once a service has been completed, it is considered final and non-refundable. However, if you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us with 48 hours of service so we can discuss possible solutions, such as a complimentary adjustment at the salon's discretion.
Products (Hair Care, Wellness, & Skincare):
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any hair care, skincare, or wellness products, including but not limited to shampoos, conditioners, styling tools, serums, skincare treatments, beauty accessories, supplements, and any other personal care items purchased at our salon or through our online store. Please review your purchase carefully before completing the transaction, as all sales are final.
Gift Card & Prepaid Services:
Gift cards and prepaid services are non-refundable and non-transferable. They may only be used toward salon services and products offered at KeratinXperts and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Exceptions:
In the rare case of a defective or damaged product upon arrival, please notify us within 7 days of receipt, and we will assess the issue. If eligible, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.
